RETURNS: Returns and exchanges must be made in 30 days and product must be in new, unused condition. Please include a copy of your invoice and the reason for your exchange/return (wrong size, wrong color, etc.).

*** If you purchased your Bitless Bridle from a catalog, tack shop or other distributor, contact them directly to see what options they offer and inquire about what policies they have.

SHIPPING: Most orders shipped same day, Free shipping on orders of $75 or more.

International orders are shipped Air Mail International for a flat rate of $25 USD. (Canada – $20 USD).  BitlessBridle, Inc. is not responsible for Import duties, Vat fees or any additional fees imposed by your country against manufacturing defects.
